"Ships Don't Lie" Achievement

Has anyone got this achievement yet? According to the Achievement menu tooltip, I need to be fascist Colombia, and have "10 Battleship ships" and "10 Carrier ships". Assuming the menu is correct, does it have to be 10 BB class specifically, or do BC and/or SHBB count, too?

I think SHBB as they count as BB, but dont have access to the game atm. BC wouldnt count

Thanks; is it possible to check the exact Achievement conditions using actual game files, and if so, where would I find them?

it's defined in Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV\common\achievements.txt

and according to equipment definition files in Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV\common\\units\equipment\
SHBB counts as BB, though I have no idea about the size >9 part.
