Ships description missing

Hi all.

Do anyone aware of the issue below?
Somehow some ships missed there descriptions, even in description window while mouseOver.
Any known fixes?

AFAIR it has something to do with russian localization and changing governments type during the game.

So, no known fixes so far?

Probably should change game localisation, but it would bring me to new game start.
