What about shipping troops directly in the port, without having to move them into a fleet in the middle of the see?

Why not some sort of 'board ship' button. When an army is ordered to board ship they will automativally be on the next sufficiently large fleet that leavs the province. This would also solve the possible problem och 'hiding' an army on a fleet which I seem to remember was the original motivation for making things as they are in EU1.

Just make movement from province to fleet happen 10 times quicker than movement from province to province.
