This flag can better fit in the shield frame. The one from Wikipedia is
too high for that purpose.

No, it's not available in 1.09. That one has just a black cross not the red swords.

If you look at the same site from where the flag was found one will find the Coat of Arms for it aswell:

I dunno why Wiki made it so thin.. Maybe because the backfround is white anyway so wouldn't be noticed and saves space.. About it not being in 1.09 I guess it's only EGUFSM that got it then..
