Yes, this is all primary stuff. The only difficult point is that support between Zepeda and Rivera is tied counting Zepeda's vote, and that support between the Zepeda coalition and the Monarchist coalition is very close in the nationalist party.

((I don't understand how moving the armies to the capital will prevent a coup. Wouldn't it just be easier for them, instead of having to fight their way through the country-side against Government loyalists?))
Rules of the game are that you have to take the capital for a successful coup.
(King, it would mean that if a coup was attempted they would have to fight the presidential stack and any loyalists immediately. I would think its a deterrent as you cant garnish support outside.)

Consider it flavor. I feel it make sense that during an election in a country where generals are important, they should meet in the capital so all accept the new change in government.

I would normally just close the polls, but we are now waiting for a GOLDEN VOTE for the Nacionales. The next person to vote in their primary should decide the Zepeda vs. Rivera question and whether they wish to form a coalition with the Monarchists or Zepeda.
