Does anyone know if there is a distance limit to pipes to a sewage plant in order to keep the flow going. I have a section of piping that no longer supports sewage flow. I have deleted and reinstalled the pipes but still not fix. Is there distance in the game that sewage plants stop working?

No. Either a bug, either You don't have enough sewage, either some connection problems.
Plenty of sewage left and water is flowing just fine. Only the sewage stopped working.
bah! Didn't realize each sewage plant was independently used and was only looking at total available.
