Right click on portrait, grant landed title, choose the duchy. If you don't have the duchy there's not much you can do.

You can't just invade and conquer all of Bulgaria because it would be too easy to win. You can get a causus belli through marrying someone with a claim.

whats the meaning of dangerous factions inside my empire? l know they are my enemies but what can l do? or what should l do? where to press?

Factions are only your enemies when they start a revolt. To avoid that, you can gift the faction members to like you more (diplomacy tab with them --> send gift), give them honorary titles (diplomacy --> award with honorary title) marry your relatives into their close family (diplomacy --> arrange marriage) or grant them landed titles (diplomacy --> grant landed title) .

Or you can just comply to their demands if an ultimatum is presented OR fight them like a real man.
