l mean when l plot someone to kill him? where to press?

You don´t, it happens randomly. More plot power, bigger chance for plot to fire (usually you want it at least on 100%, but over 200% is the best).
I really suggest playing tutorial and then watching Arumba´s videos ("Restoration of Rome" helped me a lot personally, he starts as count and aims to become emperor of the Byzantine Empire).

when it is 100 % or 200 % must l then press something to make it happen? or does it happen automatic? and how can l declare war on someone that is independent?

I'm sorry but do you even read the answers we give? The first sentences of the next quoted message (bolded & underlined for emphasis) are your answer.

I strongly suggest playing the learning scenario. It tells you this.

He must be lying/trolling, the tutorial scenario addresses the murder plot.

I don´t think so. I guess he is kind of younger and he has never experienced hard games as CK II (by hard I mean games that are hard to even learn playing). So, he doesn´t get anything, but he expects that he will learn it by himself and by asking people questions. But that doesn´t work in case of this game, so except of learning, he probably becomes more and more confused, since he is delving deeper into depths of CK II, without understanding basic concepts.

no, l understand the most of the game through youtube and you answer those questions.... l am not lying or trolling! so you are saying that the more % the better chance that he dies? and l dont need to press anything? it happens by it self?

this question is unanswered and that is how can l declare war on someone that is independent?

l cant merge the fleets!

How can l see the cities happines and so on, so that l know if there will be a riot!

l dont think l need to ask you anything more but answer those questions PLZ! l finished the tutorial but not the scienario because l didnt understand it!

You merge fleets just like you merge armies...by button that is on the exact same spot as with armies.
You can declare war on someone by clicking on his portrait. You would have known that if you played tutorial or watched Arumba´s series...any of them.
There is no city happines and I have absolutely no idea how you came up with idea that it is there. There is map mode for revolt risk, which you would know, if you tried clicking on buttons on top of the minimap.

1. Right click on a character portrait and click the button which says 'declare war'. If it's greyed out then you can't declare war on them and you can see the reasons why not by hovering the mouse over the declare war button.

2. You merge fleets exactly how you merge armies, however it is generally easier to hold the alt key while selecting them as that means you will only select navies.

3. Assuming this is 'revolt risk' you click on any province and on the icon that pops up you can see the revolt risk as a percentage. Although generally revolts aren't a big issue if you're not a small ruler.

l can merge fleets now, l have found the revolt mode risk, l know now that it happens automatic when ploting to kill someone

1. but still l cant figure out how to declare war on an independent kingdom or someone independent. when see info on declaring war then it says this is independent and its red color and the only red color. the rest is green.

2. and how can l stop revolt on my empire? must l send characters gold?

3. when buying for example songs of holy land will the songs still show up even if l am playing the byzantines? and the other unit pack like turkish potraits? and will they show up in a loaded saved game?

Wow... Use the force Neta..

Suggestion: Try not starting as the Byzantine Empire first off. Try maybe a count in Ireland or anywhere in the British Isles first off. It's a tad easier for a beginner to learn and build up a realm rather than starting large. Maybe a Viking Ruler as they have easy Conquest CBs etc.. Either way, try starting small and build up. Learning how to manage vassals is easier if you don't have that many. Laws, CA and creating/distributing titles what they are and the best combinations to have. The game is not something you'll master quickly and it'll take quite a few play throughs before you really get a grasp of it and then, give the Byzzies a go. They're not that difficult but you need to be on top of the mechanics of the game or it'll fall apart pretty quickly. Timing is everything so a little patience is required.

1. Then the character is not independent if it's showing red. His Character portrait will show who his/her Liege Lord is so to declare a war you'll need to declare war on the liege lord if they're not independent.
2. Gold helps or hover your mouse over his opinion of you and see what he wants. It may be a vassal he wants or a new title. Or he just may be ambitious so not a lot you can do.
3. The units will show up in game after purchase though not sure about saved games. I don't get the music DLCs so I can't answer that.

Neta, is English your native language? Because if not, I can understand that it can be hard to understand the tutorial, the wiki and Arumba's videoes. The game is also available in French, Spanish and German, if you feel more comfortable wth any of those languages.
3. when buying for example songs of holy land will the songs still show up even if l am playing the byzantines? and the other unit pack like turkish potraits? and will they show up in a loaded saved game?
Yes, unit packs work for already started saves. The songs won't show off at start with Byzantium.

I know that but how to declare war on someone that is independent?
1. Select the character you want to declare war on
2. RIGHT CLICK on him
3. Select Declare War from the diplomacy quick menu
4. Select the Casus Belli (justification for war, essentially what you want from the war)
5. Declare War
