Under the "Dynasty" tab of the Message Settings, I have the following dynasty notifications to display as a popup that pauses the game for "Me and Unlanded or Close Family Members":

-Child has lost Guardian
-A Child has Finished its Education

If and only if Conclave is not active, this notification works as intended. I am notified when a dynasty member in my court loses a guardian or comes of age. However, if and only if Conclave is active, the "Child has lost Guardian" never fires, and the "A Child has Finished its Education" only fires when my character is their guardian.

Why Does This Matter?
This is an issue for Merchant Republic governments, who must hold a large dynasty at their court in order to sustain their trade post limit. It is also an issue for religions/governments that take concubines.

Examples
-I am an Irish Merchant Republic. I have many men of my dynasty at my court. I would like to know how capable they are once they come of age so that I know whether or not to consider designating them to be my chosen heir.
-I am a Buddhist Raj. My succession type is Ultimogeniture, and my religion allows me to designate the successor from my sons. Therefore, it is beneficial for me to have many sons, so that I have a larger talent pool to choose from. I would like to know when one of these sons comes of age for the same reason listed above.
