Will we have settlements ("baronies") in Sengoku, like there are in Crusader Kings II?

No. Every province (kori) consists of a castle and a city that can be upgraded in eight steps each, as well as a couple of manufactory slots. But if you own it, you alone controll the whole of it.

Yes the actual provinces in the game are called kori, and 1 to 10 koris make up a kuni. We have 360 of the first sort, 74 of the later.

Hm. Wikipedia says there were only 68 provinces. What are the other 6? (Did you split up Mutsu and Dewa?)

Most sources say somewhere around 66-69, but yes I've split Mutsu and Dewa and used their later-day divisions, plus adding a few islands that weren't considered part of any kuni.
