Will there be a settings.txt file in the game as there is in most/all other paradox games? I noticed there wasn't one in the demo. My PC is pretty old and paradox games run very slow on it unless i turn off stuff like advanced water, sound, etc. There was no settings.txt or ingame options to do that stuff in the demo, will the release have any options?
