I'm starting my first IN campaign (1399 start) and I wanted some information and advice for the options settings that you can set on the screen where you chose which country to play as.
Since I'm going to play as a major, I know I'll use "very hard" difficulty. Is the "very hard" setting any different now in IN?
Before IN, I used to always chose "low" A.I. aggressiveness; mainly because this was suggested by Ubik. Should I consider switching it to "normal" for IN?
Spread of discoveries is an important setting. I used to set it to 75 years. Should I set it differently for IN? What are the pros and cons?
Because I'm going to play as a major (probably France), I want settings that will make my campaign as difficult as possible; so "no lucky nations" is not a good option. Which will make my campaign more challeging: "historical lucky nations" setting or "random lucky nations" setting?
Would anyone please help me decide? Thanks in advance
