Setting your morning & evening rush hours

Ive looked but was unable to find a graph that showed traffic density by the hour. (did I miss it somehow?) What would be a good starting point for setting your morning and evening rush hours start/stop ? If no graph, would I have to manually click on roadways to check hourly traffic ?

I don't have access to the game right now to check this, but if you look at the traffic density graph by day, there should be sub-lines on the X axis for every hour...
