Is there any way to prioritize certain tasks in the Mech Bay? I just learned the hard way how the queue system seems to work. I got a Centurion that required refitting to be used in combat. I go ahead and customize it and start the process. I then do a minor mission and have a Spider that has some minor internal damage to fix and it says it'll take 1 day. It gets put in the queue behind the 30 days on the Centurion. Alright, this is ridiculous. In real life you would pause the refit on the Cent to fix the minor job on the Spider and get it ready for another mission. In fact, it seems like such an obvious thing that I'm wondering if I've just totally missed HOW to reorder the queue to put higher priority items at the front of the list.

Please tell me there's a way to do this and I'm just not seeing it.

Yes, its on the button that reads Manage Queue(I think) on the right hand side. Click to your leopard or argo on the left and you'll see it on the right.

I have to confess I also did not know about this, even after finishing first playthough. I found about it from one random reddit comment.

To be fair, with such a UI and mechanic dense game such as this some extra tutorializing wouldn't go astray.

Yes, the game needs both a better tutorial and a manual. That said, all or most of the dropship management functions are given a tutorial. It's even stated in game that you should talk to your people to find out how things work. Remember, this isn't just a wargame, there's RPG elements mixed in too (like always talking to the crew after every main mission).

I talk with my people after every major story event. I read through literally EVERY tutorial and don't remember seeing this at all. Not saying I didn't miss it, but if it was there it definitely needs more attention drawn to it.

P.S. I have a friend who is also playing this. He also read EVERY tutorial and he and I both didn't know about this feature. So, if it IS mentioned, it definitely isn't getting enough attention.

Like I said, I probably missed it. But I'm not alone. It seems there are a LOT of people who missed this, even after reading the tutorials. It's probably because most players expect this option in the MechBay itself, not under the Leapord/Argos menu. It is strange that Yang is telling you about htis, but it's accessible from the Leapord/Argos menu. Either way, more attention definitely could have been given to this crucial, but nearly hidden feature.

The Manage Tasks button *is* on the MechBay screen. Edit: It only appears when you actually have mechs being refit/repaired.

All you see on the dropship screen is a summary countdown.
