I am working on a mod to add another victory condition, complete with new techs, buildings, and events. I am trying to figure out a way to trigger the victory or game_over screens, but the only real command is the game_over console command. There is also the won_the_game trigger and the endgame_telemetry effect, but I am not sure what those are used for. Any Ideas?
