Setting Multiplayer battle viewing to "Never" causes crashing

Description​

Setting up a multiplayer game with Observe Manual Combat setting of "Never" makes game crash when any player clicks on the "combat results" message from an ally's combat.

Steps to reproduce​

Set up multiplayer game with at least 1 other player in a team. Set the Observe Manual Combat setting to "Never". Have one player initiated combat and auto-resolve. Have either player click on the combat results notification. Game crashes.
