Set country as interesting

While I'm waiting for CK2's Conclave + patch and EU4's new patch, I decided to learn V2 (bought it a while ago, but never played it much).

I read you can set countries as interesting one by one (found that, right click the flag), but there would also be a screen where you can tick/untick the countries. I don't find this screen, and a search on the forums didn't reveal anything.

Any guidance how to open this window would be helpful.

What? Setting countries as interesting? You mean influence? If you mean influence you can set it in the diplomacy window, in the list of all countries.

No, you can right click on a country's flag (I've only ever done it when clicking on one of their provinces) and can select setting a country as un/interesting, which will give you messages about what it does. It's automatically enabled for neighbours, as you know.

Oh, then he needs to go to the message settings. Esc > message settings and you can set whatever you want to see .

Yeah, I know I can set the message settings for interesting and other countries. I can also right-click a flag to set that country as interesting or not. I just don't find the screen where you can see all countries and tick the countries you want to set to interesting. Under the icon of battle plans there is an icon on top of message icons [this between arrows and swords, on the right side]. When you click it with LPM the window will appear.
