Paradox is aware, Paradox is working on it (In fact, I know they've carried through a number of major server upgrades already.. Just that the number of users increases even faster apparently)
Paradox is well aware that search is a much wanted function, but don't count on it returning soon (with 8+ million posts to search through it's a major drain)
