The only way is rebuying it on Steam. The only time they gave out Steam keys was when they decided to make CK2 Steam exclusive.
Tough luck then, but do you know if there is any benefit perhaps of playing HOI3 on steam
none that I know of. In fact, I run my version without steam (despite buying it there) and do not have any problems with that
As far as I know there's no integration of the any of the Steam services. The best thing probably is that you can install all of the stuff with one click.
