Serial Key? Hard Copy?

I preordered EUIV in June and when it was released i only got an email giving me the serial code for the DLC's.
I would assume i did not receive the Serial Key for the main Game because a Hard Copy is being sent?

No hard copy from web shop. They sent out the serial keys via email.

sorry to bump this thread, but i still don't have my game.
I sent an email to the zendesk and explained my situation, but since i bought it from the paradox webshop they told me to contact them via email, i have sent our 2 emails and no reply...
I paid for this at the end of June, its now almost September and i still don't have it. i don't know where else to go, is there a support number i can ring? or is there a forum admin that can help me?
