Serial build by event?

Anyone know how to make a serial build by event?

command = { type = build_division which = submarine }

will get one submarine in the queu but how can I get the AI to build 9 subs in a series?

Is this possible?

You can expand the maximum batch time...see in the ai file for the various ai countries.

But then...that is not what you desire by event.
