After doing Bulgaria I'll do my best to clean and improve the tech teams of our western neighbor as there are some let's say "imaginary" teams. Again credit to those who did them in the first place.
After correcting some stats and skills I'll find pics for all as usual.

Belgrade University - active from 1905 (when Belgrade Higher School was reorganized) until the end of the game in 1970. Stats and skill - 3 - medicine, electronics, chemistry, mathematics
According to simple Wikipedia:
In addition to the Philosophy, Law and Electrical Engineering departments, this law introduced the Orthodox Theology and Medical schools... The first academic lecture on electrical engineering in Serbia was held in 1894.

Serbian National Railways - active from 1881. Set skill to 3 as they were not still largely developed in 1914. Changed electronics to technical efficiency as they were coal fueled (of course). mechanics, technical efficiency, management
Serbian Railways as a company is traced back to 1881 when King Milan I declared formation of the Serbian National Railways.
In 1970 the team should have a 5 skill with electronics as the railways were electrified.
The first electrified line was opened between Belgrade and Šid in 1970...

Zastava Arsenal
- When founded in 1853 the arms manufacturer was known as Topolivnica (canon foundry) in the town of Kragujevac. So the team should look like this - Topolivnica Kragujevac active from 1853 until maybe 1945 when it was renamed to Zastava. I'm not sure for the year so any help will be appreciated. After 1945 a new team should be created with skill 5 and proper name. Source - HERE
Set skill to 4 - general equipment, mechanics, artillery, munitions Another source HERE

Belgrade Military Academy no changes here. Just the starting year - 1850.

Mihailo Marcep Airplane Workshop - Couldn't find any information about this. Removed it. No name, no info in Serbian or English on the Internet. Must be invented by someone.

Beogradsko Brodogradiliste Same thing. Also I'm sure in 1914 Serbia didn't have a shipbuilding facility capable of manufacturing ship hulls, boilers and artillery guns. So removed it. I'll look when the first shipbuilding facility was established after WW1.

Radomir Putnik - No changes. Correct starting and ending years. Can't change the stats because I don't have any basis to do that. Prominent Serbian general.

Zivojin Misic - Exactly the same. However Serbia has now like 3 land doctrine teams. I think they are too much but ... I can't decide wether he should be removed and leave just Putnik. He was there, did things - so let him stay.

SARTID Smederevo
- Everything correct here. Just changed general equipment with technical efficiency.
Serbian steel manufacturing conglomerate based in Smederevo...SARTID a.d. (Srpsko akcionarsko rudarsko topioničarsko industrijsko društvo a.d.)

Barutana Obilicevo
- Powder mill Oblicevo. Set skill to 4. Lots of pics of it, but not that much info. Pics - HERE
and HERE general equipment, chemistry, munitions. Any help here will also be appreciated.

Topolivnica Kragujevac actually a duplicate of the same Zastava team. Removed.

Petar Bojovic - Everything correct here. Problem is this is the fourth team of this kind. So - removed.

Branko Vukosavljevic - Again - correct. One of the first Serbian pilots.

Kosta Miletic
- problem here is that he specialized in balloons.
Major Kosta Miletic was at the head of Air Force Command in both Balkan War and the First World War until 1916 when it moved to after the engineers at their own request. After World War II in 1921, he retired with the rank of colonel.
Changed bomber tactics with aircraft testing. Not sure, but we'll see.

Mihailo Petrovic Alas
- Everything ok here. Just a nice math team.

Next are pics.

Good morning :) Pics are ready. As usual - all authentic.
Note that this team update is just for the 1914 scenario. Later, I'll do the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and Socialist (kinda) Yugoslavia.
Download the files from HERE and sorry for the double post.
