I would like to see a better way to know if i need to zone industrial or offices
i think there is a big difference in those 2, since they do completely different things in a city.

So maybe make 2 yellow bars, or 2 bars in one, but a dark yellow and light yellow, to represent each other.

Offices are part of industry. Therefore, if you zone more offices, the demand for industry goes down. I would compare offices to the cleaner industry. It's roughly the same system that was used in Cities XL.

I wouldn't be too quick to oust the uneducated. Industry will accept uneducated workers, and once they've become educated, they can move up to offices.
