When there's 2 separate wars against 1 faction and I'm sieging a fort. If a participant from the other war moves an army onto the fort too, I can detach my infantry, move them away, then assault the fort using his infantry. I'm able to sacrifice a neutral (to me) faction's manpower to assault a fort in my war.
