Currently you can either disable all rebellion popups, or receive all messages about rebellions in your territories and in territories of your vassals. This can be distracting and pointless if you know that the vassal can handle all of their rebellions on its own. The most extreme case are rebellions caused by estates; they generate tiny 1-3 unit stacks spread over many provinces, and each of such provinces triggers a popup.
Proposal 1: split message setting for rebellion and rebellion in vassal in message settings.
Proposal 2: disable/enable button for rebellion messages for each vassal in subject management window
