Separate Dropdown for Covert Operations

In the operations interface, it would be great if covert operations had their own separate dropdown. Currently, by the end of the game, the Strategic one becomes extremely crowded and becomes harder to navigate when you want to re-prime operations that target armies (or the same when you are looking for covert ones).

Better still, a way to 'favourite' the Operations you use/plan to use the most so you don't wear out your mouse wheel every few turns or so.
