I am playing as Germany, though I'm involved in assisting the Japanese AI against China, having already sent 3 divisions of infantry volunteers and lots of planes. Some of my planes are covering the northern part of the Yellow Sea, and they are occasionally attacking a group of Chinese ships. What happens if I move my fleet to the area convoy raiding and "patroling?" Will my ships engage the Chinese ships and convoys, or do I have to be at war with China? Thanks!
