Sengoku on Amazon can't be activate on Steam ?

I bought Sengoku[Download] on Amazon just about ten minutes ago, when I tried to activated it on Steam, it failed.

I saw the key named "Forum Registration Key".

Does it mean it can't be activated on Steam?

Or can I use that key change for the key which can be activated on Steam instead of buying another copy on Steam ?

That key is only for forum registration. You can download the game (DRM-free if I remember) with the amazon downloader.

Yes, the game is not Steam-dongled. Where-ever you bought it, you can download it through your retailer's distribution method, install, and play.

The key you get is for this forum (which I see you have already used), and is used for the MP metaserver, I think. Not sure about the MP thing, I don't play MP.
