Hello, I recently experimented some aspects of trade.

I started with Venice and send my merchant to Genoa trade node, hoping that merchant send trading power to either Ragusa or Alexandria.
(Genoa has three incoming : Tunis, Ragusa, Alexandria)
but neither Ragusa nor Alexandria received trading power, instead I move my merchant to Ragusa to test whether merchant is affecting direction of trading power, but still Ragusa doesn't receive trading power.
Tunis, which Venice doesn't have a trading power though, when I send merchant to Tunis, then upstreamed trading power from Genoa is arriving at Tunis.

What is game mechanics about it?
Is there any way to manipulate direction of upstreaming?
