Indeed...I don't sadly.I've missed many a good AAR that way I'm certain, but honestly I prefer to read ones that detail what happened in the game played.
The two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive...

Come on Rommel41. Do you know any other game company releasing three different AAR's about their new game/expansion before release date by some beta testers? Your call for more looks a little bit insolent. Maybe you should register your copy of HOI3 first before calling for more AAR's...
Of course it must be correct to never have any sort of forehand knowledge about a product before a purchase. I suppose we should all blindly pick out our cars and clothes without trying them on or reading consumer reports. I would hope that the generosity might spread to those of the small niche of gaming that HoI3 represents who are willing to pay the price, but wish for some more adequate testing.
Rebuking me for asking for a major part of the expansion to be tested and displayed in a similar manner to the AAR's that are already up and available is somewhat confusing. I suppose I am a bit of a freeloader for not wanting to dive headlong into a $19.99 expansion before knowing how the mechanics I'll be paying for work. HoI3 was a mess when I bought it. Not what I thought my $30 was supposed to fetch. Still play it though and will keep on doing so, but I am not going to go in twice-blinded. Sorry.
Some brave soul has to take the point. Why not you? I'm sure that quite a few people have even pre-ordered SF. That's really taking the initiative. Those of us who pre-order should be given a gold star under our names in the forums.
I hope for your obvious sake that they do give you all a star! Call it the 'Blind Faith' award. I don't seek any aggrandizing of my avatar on the forums, just feedback about the game and it's upcoming expansion(s). Inform me, I will be right there with many other buyers when you have convinced me. If it must come with a tiny icon, so be it. Just help me believe in your unrequited (save for the beta-tester) trust of a game that, "needs no explination!"
P.S.
The "needs no explination!" came from my friend who also plays on his Mac. He was reading some of the posts and thinks people are being un-forthcoming with details reguarding the game and it's 'troubles' (his word). I for one think that these forums are quite valuable and have helped me tackle the supply porblems vis-a-vis the old HoI2 model and discover how to effectively manage brigades, naval forces and air organization. Just hope for a juicy preview of such a feature as 'make supply go away'.
