Please add a Semi-random option in the province values. This would make the province values random, similar to the random province values option, but the options for the development would be within certain brackets, so for example European provinces would be normally in the region or base-tax 4-8, with higher than this being rare and lower than this being very rare. The reason for this is that it feels kinda wrong when I generate off random province values to see that many basetax 1 provinces in the center HRE. It also makes getting free cities harder because any given OPM is almost as likely as not to be under 10 development.

The other thing I wanted to suggest was making it so that the graphics of randomly generate nations in Random Nations setup is by default the same as their tech group, not randomly generated. The first time you see the HRE full of Inca and Japanese models it's pretty funny. The Ninth time it isn't.

Added thing: With the Refurbished Random New world generator, it'd be nice if there was a Whole-world randomization extension, building a large Afro-Eurasia Old world using the same system, rebuilding every part of the world (except possibly the middle of the Atlantic and the Pacific). If this were implemented then having the Random World Generator recognize the difference between Seudo-Europe and Seudo-Africa would be important, and the Mechanism which would be used for this could also be used in the Semi-random value option mentioned before.
