Psychedelic Drug Reform Act (PDRA)
1. The following drugs are hereby removed from the list of drugs that may not be prescribed: MDMA, psilocybe and psilocin, mescaline, LSD, and Ibogaine.
(a) MDMA, psilocybe and psilocin, mescaline, and LSD may only be made available to the concerned patient following prior written approval from the MESA and the counter-signature of two other independent doctors with knowledge of the particular case.
(b) All the above substances must be kept within specially secured medical stores, only accessible following the above written approval from the MESA and the three signatures of three fully qualified doctors with knowledge of the particular case.
(c) Ibogaine will now be eligible for clinical trials of effectiveness for treatment of addiction, and may not be otherwise proscribed until the drug has been approved by MESA following review of the clinic trials. Once approval has been achieved, Ibogaine will be subject to the same rules governing medical use of psilocybe and psilocin, mescaline, and LSD.
(d) Possession of the above drugs without prior approval from the relevant medical authorities is still a criminal offence and is subject to the appropriate punishment according to the current law.
(e) If the above drugs are found to have been prescribed without prior approval as described in article 1.a, the appropriate punishment as accorded to drug dealers will be levelled on the offending party.
