Is there any possibility there will be self governing or auto management feature in EUIV? It was a pain in the butt in EU3 to build buildings for every single province (especially when you have a large Empire)

Yeah it was very annoying, when you had to spend those magistrates so they don't go to waste. But every time I am fighting a big war late game I forget about building, and many magistrates are wasted. It would be cool if you could just appoint someone to take care of one whole region.

If I remember correctly you will require monarch power (don't know if you also need money) to build new buildings so it will be more like EU3 before DW where you all you needed to was money. Monarch power will probably not have maximum so you won't "lose" buildings. The micromanagement remains and I would like some sort of automation system along the following lines: Build [building x] if [monarch power > y] and [money > z] in provinces with [tax > a], [production > b], [trade income > 0] starting with highest tax/production/trade.

Or they could just add a governor feature who builds it for you at a greater cost

well, since it's tied to monarch power, i think we might have to give up on building everything everywhere in large empires anyway... and i think the MPs capped at 1000 or something

What about just choosing provinces( or maybe regions) and choosing between a few different buttons like: civil, military, mixture? Or, you could have a slider showing showing something close to this *Civil<---|--------->Military* where depending on where you placed the slider that governor would have a higher propensity to create that building. You could even choose like several building queues and when they are finished get a pop-up of some sort.
