Select single army

Is there some way to select a single army in a province besides clicking? Sometimes I just can't find wherever you need to click to do this, and I can't find it in the manual. Alternatively, is there some way to figure out where you are supposed to click to select one army at time?

each army is listed separately in the outliner (top right of screen)-click there to select.

Use the cursor to draw a box around the armies in the province. Unselect all but the one you want.

Paradox loves to have features such as select this army in one game in this case vicky 2 which they do not put into other games another one is loading an army onto ships in port which is in every game but EU they like to troll us i assume

This is going to sound really noobish, but how do you deselect armies?

If you have multiple armies/fleets selected, you deselect individual fleets/armies by clicking on the button with a minus in it in the top right corner of that fleet/army's window on the display.

there is a little X in the top right of all the armies boxes to deselect them

Or, better yet, you can right-click on the minus button of the army you want to select and it automatically deselects all the others for you!
