The teutonic order and the livonian order should be able to form prussia/kurland even if catholic if they for any reason find themselves as monachies (say after being destroyed and released). The kingdom of the the teutonic order makes no sense.
The Hansa should also have the option to become another tag if it's no longer a republic. Probably Lübeck or hamburg depending on their current capital. Again the kingdom of the hanseatic league makes little sense to me.
