so I played around with the new Sectors and they work fine maybe little dumb at sometimes in how they created but fine, but the two issues I ran are the common ones, too many sectors due to the way it created (i got up to like 29 at one point) and no reason to create a vessel. I can totally make them but there no reason too I would get a Vassal which gives me Naval Capacity, but I lose out on the resources I need. vessel work fine when you conquer someone else but for territory you own and are turning into a sub-state, it just doesn't.
Frankly, the way it should work in my mind is when you turn a sector in a subject it should be colony state, think the colonies from EU4 get some basic resources out of them some Naval Capacity, allow us to assign governors to them and maybe tax them, and if we tax them too much or are fleet power drops and they don't like us while also having no fear of anything on there border they can rebel.
just giving my opinion and thoughts.
