Are sectors functional in this patch? I have a number of sectors with thousands of stockpiled minerals and almost no buildings. I tried changing their focus between financial and industrial and it seems they still do nothing.
From my experience so far, they start with surface buildings with pop. in the tile and work their way up from there (space stations after). However, I've yet to see any military stations be built so far.
Few oddities like building defensive armies, and placing unity buildings next to the capital building.
Does anyone remember the tactic systems in games like Dragon age Origins where you could set specific instruction on how and when skills where used?
I would love something like that for sectors.
When planet is growing build Frontier clinic. When planet is full of pops replace Frontier clinic with X building.
Dont build Unity buildings next to Planetary admin building.
Always build Energy Nexus.

Helio - Was the stuff in the sector relatively full before you sectored it? If you want the sector to rebuild stuff you'll also need 'redevelopment' ticked. But yeah from what I have seen it relatively works ok.
