So I had multiple sectors with 3-5 planets or systems prior to the uprising. Naturally, some of those planets split off to join the machines, causing the sectors to diminish in size (expected this). After reconquering those worlds though, the sectors did not expand to include their original worlds again, so now I have a bunch of 1 planet/system sectors that require additional micro and upkeep for their governor. Any way to reform those sectors, i.e. old 2.1 sector management?

you can revel in the joy of rushed releases ;)

(as far as I know, there are nothing to merge sectors together again. Considering how central warfare was previously, it seems like quite an oversight from the devs, but there you have it. They needed to get it out the door to catch the christmas sales.)
