Im guessing that if you are behind im tech in admin, u get one admin point, but if you arent behind in dip, u dont get a dip point

Can the tech option for spying be a diplomatic solution for allies? Like an ally of mine with good opinion lets me observe tech, for a price of course. Only difference is that you don't get kicked out

As I understood, you choose to send it to spy on one tech (ADM, DIP, MIL).

So you need three diplomats (and three target countries) to get 1 of each point.
