Secret Religious Cults

I think this feature needs to be looked at again - and reworked. In my first game with them DISABLED the entire HRE converted to Orthodox. The problem is that the ruler can still secretly convert and personally adopt - and then convert his followers but with Secret Religious Cults DISABLED vassals can't convert back to Catholicism as easily. With the option ENABLED the problem is worse as realms keep switching religions all the time. So neither option is good at this time.

The main problem is that demand conversion is useless and everyone you ask will keep their original religion as secret one. It didn't work even once for me. So i just stick with straight out revoking and proselytizing in capital to convert court.

I don't personally mind the idea of secret cult doing mass conversions my problem with it are twofolds:
1) It is WAY too easy and WAY too frequent.
2) Ridiculous combitnations such as Buddhist Francia exists.

#1 needs a lot of redesign along with wars and massive tone down on frequency with increased pre-requisites at least for the AI to do.
#2 should have pre-requisites similar to restricted culture assimilation, like the religion needs to be a dominant relgiion bordering your continguous landmass to be a valid option. 20 courtiers secretly believing a faith with no popular support simply cannot feasibly mass convert an empire.
