It obviously is a revolutions/rebel/political dlc or the pictures wouldn't be centered around Manchester.
Why not industrial?

A lot to say. Smarter AI forming fronts. Armies not retreating through enemy lines. Terain modifiers and perhaps some units with terrain bonuses. Two kind of attack, as in Vic1: shock attack to destroy morale or normal attack. Better naval combat. Perhaps a little bit of real air units. Forts which work as fortifications, not as medieval castles.

The two clues do seem to point towards a substantial expansion, and one which improves some aspects of industrialisation and the social unrest. Very much looking forward to this, and hoping for another cryptic clue tomorrow. (Although, a full announcement tomorrow would of course be even more welcome)
The world's first industrial city called; it wants you to go read historyOr at least to google the term 'world's first industrial city' and read the first page of hits.
Actually it started in Derbyshire : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derwent_Valley_Mills I've visited several of those mills. There's not much else to do around here.Sorry, meant to write the Industrial Revolution started in Shopshire, which is further south than Manchester.

I really want to see the economy get some improvement in this expansion. Victoria 2 is entirely focussed arond the economy and yet gameplay-wise it is extremely lacking.
