They already posted a screenshot specifically of Italian Libya and a (potentially alternate Berlin Conference) with Greek Cyprus.

Unless there are some huge AI improvements in terms of what certain AI go after, it almost has to be a new start date plus some late-game mechanics.

Bonus hint: there is no new start date and the exact borders there was not the hint.

My personal opinion is that victoria is 100 years long so I think startpoints that remove 50 years of gameplay would have to be truly outstanding and requested by everyone to be worth doing instead of improving gameplay with features throughout the game for the other startpoints.

One common feedback we got for AHD was that players would have wanted more other stuff rather than the extra '61 startpoint.
