I just noticed that some of my provinces have a seemingly random secondary name, that is the name of some other province. Does anyone know why that is? (Also, what are those secondary names, anyway?)

So, the capitol cities are just named for other provinces sometimes? What controls that?
Colonized provinces' cities receiving the names of other random provinces or cities is a bug.
