I'm playing a coop game on Butler v2.8.1 with one other player, I got engineered evolution as my 4th point and now that I have my 5th point the second genetic ascention perk isn't in the list of perks.

did you check the entire list to see if it was there but grayed out?
if it is grayed out or missing from the list, then likely you don't have the other prerequisite for that to appear

Yes I did check out the grey list, and I had glandular acclimation researched but it wasn't there
