Season pass?

I bought the season pass and got everything downloaded but nothing works besides the base game. And i'm ps4 by the way

So the expansions (space race + Green Planet) show as downloaded n your PS4 account, is that right?

If so, how exactly are you determining they are not present in the game?

Because i started it up a new game and i had the flatting but no terraforming stuff, no other colonies besides mine, none of the other sponsors that come with the dlc, no excavator, and no rocket stuff that came with the dlc

same here - bought the PS4 Season Pass yesterday - but no terraforming (not even the HUD elements), no animals, no other bases or companies, no additional building skins - nothing. I tried it with a saved game, a new game (played to the end of the techtree, guessing there is a research to do...) and after reinstalling the game and dlc... still nothing but the base game :/ One exception - the mysteries resupply pack is working - i had "Metatron" in my new game.

I installed the game and the dlc on an external HD - maybe this is the reason, the acitvation wont work?

Sony are very strict on regions. If you have the base game on a DVD and bought the pass from the PS4 store, check the two regions - if they are different the expansions will simply not work. You need to contact PS4 support in that situation.

That aside I can only suggest you try this:

- uninstall the game from the PS4

- clear the PS4 cache and game files (save game data)

- rebuild its cache:

- install the game again

In my case, base game an season pass are digital from the german PS4 store.

Ok, uninstalled the game & deleted all game files (including saves...). Rebuilded database and now downloading the game. Again.

I'm having the same issue:

I purchased the Deluxe Edition on PS4 for $64.99 and I'm unable to access anything other than the base game plus some basic landscaping features (i.e., flatten, bridge gap), assuming they were not in the base game.

No other features from ANY of the DLC work. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it multiple times. I've restored my licenses. Logged out and back in on PSN. I've gone to PS4 game store and separately "purchased" the DLCs individually for $0.00. Nothing works.

Anyone have an answer? Thanks.

I've since see one other case elsewhere, which was resolved by:

deactivating the primary account followed by reactivating and a restoring the system licenses

I hope that makes sense to you PS4 players!

THUMBS UP! That worked for me
I deacitvated the PS4 as Primary Console, reactivated it and restored the system licences - Title Screen shows up with the green "Green Planet" Logo instead of the normal base game logo - savegame is still base-version, but the new game is "green planet" know

- select Settings > Account Management > Enable as your primary PS4 > Disable

- then enable it again

- select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses


That worked for me. However, every two (or so) hours I get the message that the program will be shut down in 15 minutes because the license could not be checked. But it still continues.
There is definitely something wrong with the licenses here and should be fixed…
