Nope, no search function. However, you can just ask whatever question you have and we'll try to answer. We're used to answering the same questions over and over anyway.
use google and use : forum.paradoxplaza.com in the advanced search thing, so it will only look through this site.

You can try the google search mentioned earlier in the thread, that's probably your best bet to find AARs. As to the wiki, it's not based on this site (fortunately!) so you can access it freely. I don't think any links are broken, however countries whose name is red simply haven't got a guide written for them yet.

btw im playin` argentinia (right in english?) and i just took over south america expect ecuador and venecuela and i have the full ic in every province i took over but it somehow does not get displayed in the ic count and i cant use the more ic
i know have 54 ic (useable) but normally i should have something like 100

The reason you're not having full IC is because those territories are not your original ones. Only "core" provinces provide full use of their IC - you can check with provinces are cores by going to the diplomatic mapmode, they have a black dot in them. Other countries you conquer through war only give you 20% of their IC, to represent things like sabotage and unwillingness of conquered people to work for you. The only things you can do to change that is getting a "prince of terror" security minister (who gives extra foreign IC use) or using the "full IC takeover" option when starting your game - however, the latter is only available if you have the Armageddon expansion for Doomsday.

i know i know was just curious cuz it showed the full ic in the provinces
