But seriously @Team we could use a actual fix about this. It troubles us for a long time.
Ok I have checked the file and the identical one from the base game.
So no need to change anything else or replace the HIP file with the base game one.
Just:
1)open mnm_artifacts_events.txt with your preferred choice of editor
2)find the line 10186
3)add the following code

add_artifact = armor_tier_1
}
}
Or just paste the uploaded file in your Historical Immersion Project/events folder.
I have tested it 10 times and it works every time without issues. The problem was only the Tier 1 armor which it was missing from the file.
