Search For A Smith Broken ?

Latest version of both CKII and HIP - I hit the event and it says something like "perhaps now is not the best time".

Any ideas ? What files should I look in to see the triggers for this ?

I've never seen it work in HIP, but works in other mods. Thanks.

Who are you playing, what start date etc etc? Because Search for a Smith worked fine for me literally 10 minutes ago. (Italian Normans start in 1066)
