Description​

When your culture has unlocked 'Seafarers' tradition, your armies can navigate rivers like before, but when you are travelling, major rivers cannot be used to travel.

Steps to reproduce​

- Have a culture with the 'Seafarers' tradition
- Try to plot a route to a wedding/feast/whatever via a major river -> Impossible
