I was looking at one of the screenshots from the HOI3 trailer (I have yet to be able to see the trailer myself) and something kind of struck me about the sea provinces.

1. They're very big compared to the land provinces. That's kind of understandable, but...

2. It looks like there are multiple fleets at different positions within those sea provinces. Is this a graphical representation of having two fleets located in the same province or is this (but otherwise, for all intents and purposes, occupying the exact same position), maybe, an indication that fleets can be maneuvered within those sea provinces?

1. Yes I hope that the sea provinces are equalized in overall size as best as can be.
2. Perhaps there is no more movement arrow?! That would be great if the sprite animated its way through the provinces, especially cool for air units and sea units.
Other than that, I would say that it is similar to HOI2, where the location of the sprite or counter was not always centered in the province, and that fleet is just where fleets are displayed in that particular sea zone.
